Carmelo Ferreri is a Creative Director based in Bolzano, Italy. He is the co-founder of Melo & Yan Design, a branding studio born in Shanghai, and he builds brand systems for AI production.
Before that, a decade in Shanghai working with Huawei, LEGO and Porsche. Today he lives in Bolzano/Bozen, developing animated stories and original IP as the artist Kaji 卡机.
AI scales production. It does not supply taste, original IP or strategy. The work now is putting the first in service of the rest: systems that turn out on-brand work in hours, under direction that audiences still trust.
